In the most recent publication we were the first choice of CityVoter Louisville as the best ceremony musicians. We have also won a WeddingWire Couple's Choice Award each year since 2014. We are thrilled to provide the finest in Louisville wedding music.
I booked the Highland Chamber Players for our ceremony, and they were so easy to work with from the very beginning. When I asked if they could do a relatively obscure song (for a wedding), he agreed immediately and even added in a suggestion on how it could work better (I walked down the aisle to "Just Like Heaven," originally by The Cure). It was one of the most beautiful moments of my life, and they truly captured the sentiment perfectly.
If we could give Highland Chamber Players 10 stars we would. They were incredible. Guests were approaching them and praising them also. Several young children sat in the front row before the ceremony just mesmerized by what they were hearing. They return emails promptly. Their playlist is huge. The recordings on their website don't do them justice. I promise that you will not be disappointed if you book them. Our only regret is not booking them for more time.

“I had a perfect experience with the highland chamber players. They set up soundlessly during our cocktail hour and seamlessly moved inside our gallery for the dinner. My dad had several songs he wanted and they played all of them even better than recordings we had. Our guests loved their playlist, playing many theme songs to popular shows, movies, and video games. From the beginning, I knew I wanted a string quartet at our wedding. We met the Highland Chamber Players in December of 2012, and by spring 2013, we had booked them. The lead, Ray Weaver, is a fantastic person to work with, and was more than open to any and all suggestions. They were already able to play, or were willing to arrange and play 90% of the songs we requested (we did non-classical pieces). I would HIGHLY recommend this group for any occasion, but especially a wedding!
