The Highland Chamber Players are a fully professional ensemble which has provided elegant musical entertainment in the Kentuckiana area since 1982 while performing at over one hundred and fifty weddings per year..

Complete Wedding Package

Using the Complete Wedding Package provides the following benefits:

1) A full thirty minutes of prelude music

2) Complete access to the entire repertoire of the Highland Chamber Players

3) A free personal meeting with Ray Weaver to plan your music selections at Noteworthy Music in St. Matthews. Ray can play musical examples of the many options available for processionals, recessionals and other ceremonial moments to help you make choices that will create the wedding ceremony you envision.

4) The ability to work with any other musicians or vocalists, you have engaged and to have a 15 minute rehearsal with them prior to the wedding at no cost. Additional time will be at a cost of $35 per 15 minute increment.

5) No worries about additional charges should the wedding run longer than 90 minutes including prelude. ***unless chosen ensemble size or lack of the harp precludes this.

Additional music for the reception is at the following rates(per hour):
$140 for four players; $120 for three players and $80 for two players

Economy Wedding Package
Ceremony must be 30 minutes or less - 20 minutes of prelude music - Church weddings are fine as long as time contraints are met. Less flexibility in picking musical selections - May have to choose from prescribed list of selections.

We can only work with vocalists and trumpet players if we are familiar or have provided them and no rehearsal will be necessary. Vocalists may only perform up to two songs already in our repertoire which must be approved.

Notable Performances:

We will be returning for our fourth concert as part of the Arts Council Series in Madison Indiana on November 23rd at the First Broadway Baptist Church.  Our program will focus on American and Irish Folk music and hymns. 

The HCP peformed for the wedding of "Outback Jack" and Natalie Franzman at the Olmstead which was filmed by Fox for later broadcast. We enjoyed working with Natalie and her family - they were great fun and very down to earth.

We had the honor of performing for the wedding of the daughter of Kentucky’s former representative Anne Northup at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. 

We also enjoyed performing for the wedding of Rosa and Vincenzo Gabriele's daughter. The mass, which was read in both English and Italian, was interwoven with romantic music from Italian composers.
